(represented by Mrs. Leylya Habilova Mahremova)

These T&Cs apply exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Deviating conditions of the client are not recognized unless MyFreightLine expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Subject Matter of Contract

MyFreightLine offers transport services and freight forwarding in national and international goods traffic. The specific scope of services is determined by the respective individually concluded contract or offer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded through written confirmation (by email or otherwise) of the order placed by the customer. Offers are subject to change and non-binding.

4. Obligations of the Client

The client undertakes to provide all information necessary for the proper execution of the transport (in particular loading and delivery addresses, time windows, type of goods, dimensions, and weight) in a timely and complete manner.

They are also obligated to ensure that the goods are packaged securely for transport and that there are no legal or regulatory transport prohibitions.

5. Delivery Times and Performance Impediments

Delivery dates and deadlines are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed in writing. Events of force majeure, traffic obstructions, strikes, or technical failures may lead to delays. In such cases, MyFreightLine is not liable for failure to meet agreed deadlines.

6. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions, in particular according to §§ 407 ff. HGB and CMR (for international transport).
Liability is limited in amount to statutory provisions (e.g., 8.33 SDR/kg according to HGB or CMR).

For simple negligence, MyFreightLine is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to typically foreseeable damage.

7. Remuneration and Payment Terms

The agreed remuneration is net plus statutory value-added tax. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of receipt of invoice without deduction.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on arrears according to § 288 BGB.

8. Data Protection

MyFreightLine processes personal data exclusively within the framework of legal provisions. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dortmund if the client is a merchant.
